We partnered with Travel + Leisure to optimize the digital journey for their premier resort brands. Grounded in data-driven research and heatmap analytics, we executed a comprehensive UX and backend redesign for the Club Wyndham, Margaritaville, and Extra Holidays websites to maximize conversion. We then supported this technical foundation with a robust digital rollout, deploying optimized video content, banners, and email tactics designed to drive high-intent traffic to a now-seamless booking experience.
